It all begins with our 1 on 1 consultation where we spend the time togther going over your plans. This will allow me to ask questions around your desires, getting to know how you live and how you want this house to work for you and your lifestyle.

A 90 minute consultation will be held online via Google link so we can share screen and go through the plans together.

I will take everything I have learnt from our consultations and spend a minimum for 6 hours reviewing and reporting on your house plans. I will cover areas that include layout, flow, storage, lighting and dead space.

You will be provided with a detailed report that will break down your house plans and provide recommendation and considerations to enhance your desired outcomes. I will also mark up your plans that can be taken to your builder.

The support doesn’t stop there. You still have the opportunity to to ask questions.
